Student Printing Allowance

When students are printing material in college, they will be charged for every page printed.

This will be at a rate of 3p for B&W
25p for colour

In order to help students with their work we give an initial print credit balance of £3.50. This credit will also be given to all students at the begining of January and end of April 2011.

For environmental reasons we encourage all students to be careful with their printing, by handling documents electronically where possible and checking work carefully on screen before printing.

All Students can monitor their own usage by clicking on the £ symbol visible in the system tray visible at the bottom of their desktop when logged into a college PC. If you run out of print credits, you can top-up by purchasing more credits at the Learning Centre enquiry desk.

Southampton City College are revising and updating their Single Equality Scheme for 2010-13. The scheme draws together the work we have done in the past on equalities and provides a single point of reference for equality and diversity at The College.
